As a group manager with us, you will lead an engaged team in Malmö and Gothenburg and drive projects that make a real difference for a more sustainable society. What you will do
As a group manager, you will be based at our office in Malmö, where you will lead and support an engaged team of energy and environmental consultants in both Malmö and Gothenburg. Together, you will drive exciting projects in the fields of environment and energy, contributing to the development of both clients and the industry in a more sustainable direction.

You will be responsible for development and salary discussions, resource planning, and competence development within the group. You will lead and coach the team in establishing new client relationships and managing existing collaborations. Through close leadership, you will promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

At the same time, you will work as a consultant on assignments up to 50% focused on environmental or energy coordination, where you will be a key person in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals. Through your accumulated experience and expertise, you will be an advisory expert to clients while also serving as a sounding board for your colleagues.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees in Malmö and Gothenburg
• Work as an energy or environmental consultant on assignments
• Be a support in technical issues related to environment and energy
• Contribute to client contacts, business development, and collaboration within the company

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in environment, energy, technology, or equivalent
• Has leadership experience and has worked as a team leader, group manager, or similar
• Has several years of experience as an energy or environmental consultant
• Is confident in the role of project manager consultant
• Has worked with environmental certifications such as BREEAM, Miljöbyggnad, or Svanen
• Wants to take responsibility for a team and support others in their development
• Has a B driver's license
• We consider it an advantage if you are certified in any of the most common certification systems
